Subhash Chandra gives Shramdaan, joins the ‘Swachhata Hi Seva Movement’ from Haryana

Subhash Chandra joins PM Narendra Modi Ji’s appeal of cleanliness of the nation, urges everyone to come out and help clean up their surroundings.

Shri Subhash Chandra has urged the people of the nation and especially from Haryana to observe the period from September 15, 2018 to October 2, 2018 as ‘Swachhata Hi Seva Movement’, by being a part of a nation-wide cleanliness drive helmed by the Honourable PM Shri Narendra Modi.

Subhash Ji has appealed to the people to get into to the habit to keeping not just their homes, but their streets, localities and towns clean as well. Before kick-starting the cleanliness drive, he along with the people of Hisar paid homage to Swami Vivekanda’s memorial in Lahoriya Square.

Subhash Ji shared photos of people coming together and joining him in making their city cleaner. Here is a glimpse of how people took the broom and became a part of the ‘Swachhata Hi Seva Movement’.

Earlier in the week, Subhash Ji had appealed to the people of the Hisar to come together at 9 a.m. on September 15 and join him in marking the commencement of the ‘Swachhata Hi Seva Movement’.

The ‘Swachhata Hi Seva Movement 2018’ is a campaign for the people in the form of a cleanliness drive or Swachhata to be observed in the run-up to the 4th anniversary of the Swachh Bharat Mission, i.e. from September 15th to October 2nd 2018, as the sanitation movement enters its final leg.

The ‘Swachhata Hi Seva Movement’ culminates on October 2, 2018, which also marks the start of 150th birth year celebrations of Mahatma Gandhi Ji.
