Shri Subhash Chandra posts about the incredible story of a young man from Chhattisgarh sells tea to sustain his home and trains young girls who cannot afford expensive academy fees to play cricket, for free.

Shri Subhash Chandra shared the unique life story of Shri Jalesh Yadav from Mungeli in Chhattisgarh and hailed Jalesh Ji’s spirit and his love for the game of cricket.

Subhash Ji posted that despite Jalesh Ji having won many awards playing cricket, his selection was not done for Ranji. But this did not dishearten him, he took his love for the game and is using it to fulfill the dream of young girls who want to become cricket players.

Selling tea to support earn his livelihood the 31-year-old also runs Sunrise Cricket Academy, that offers free training to more than 50 underprivileged girls. These have made the cut and been selected to play in Ranji as well.

While Jalesh Ji was not able to live his dream of being a cricketer, he is keeping it alive by teaching these young girls the sport and helping them live their dreams.
