Shri Subhash Chandra’s autobiography ‘The Z Factor: My Journey As The Wrong Man At The Right Time’ was released in the Marathi language in 2017. Like the English and Hindi editions, the popularity of the Marathi edition too continues to grow.

Subhash Ji shared that more than 2500 handwritten postcards from school children and their principals from the least known and the most distant places in Maharashtra have been received and that the process to reply to each of these postcards is ongoing.

Humbled by the affection of the children who took the time to personally write their thoughts to him, he stated that the purpose of having a Marathi edition of the book was because there are not many books on entrepreneurship published in Marathi.

The Marathi edition of Subhash Ji’s autobiography ‘The Z Factor’ was unveiled on March 02, 2017 marking Marathi Bhaasha Divas (Marathi language day).

Honourable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi had unveiled the English edition in January 2016 while the Hindi version of the inspiring book was launched by Nobel laureate Shri Kailash Satyarthi in September 2016.
